Phil's Salesforce Tip of the Week

Welcome to Phil’s Salesforce Tip of the Week #524

Tip 1 – New Workflow Rules

Workflows

We knew it was coming, but now officially in the Winter ’23 release, you will not be able to create NEW workflow rules.

You will still be able to edit, delete, and switch the activation of existing Workflow Rules. This change comes as part of the retirement roadmap for Workflow Rules and Process Builder.

Check out the current roadmap here to see the next steps in the retirement journey.
