Tip 2 – Air India and Salesforce

You might have read recently that Air India has chosen Salesforce to transform their customer experience. They will be making the most of Sales CloudService CloudData Cloud, and Tableau.

Salesforce’s flexible technologies and unified customer data platform enables us to build the resilience our business needs and deliver the personalization our customers expect.
