Tip 2 – Air India and Salesforce
You might have read recently that Air India has chosen Salesforce to transform their customer experience. They will be making the most of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Tableau.

Tip 3 – Net Zero Cloud Accreditation
Last week Salesforce announced that its carbon accounting solution, Net Zero Cloud, has gained gold accreditation from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).
“Accredited providers help companies disclosing to CDP to identify the gaps in their environmental performance, address these gaps, and identify further opportunities for becoming leaders in the corporate environmental action space”

- Trailhead Academy Classes – these are paid for in person or virtual classes from Salesforce Experts. Well worth attending if you want to really learn a topic rapidly and pick the brains of someone with a lot of experience.
- Focus on Force is a fantastic website that has a ton of training material and resources.
