So what are your Tips for the exam Paul?

“I found the Trailmix provided by Salesforce for preparation very useful and would recommend that people thinking of taking make sure they go through areas like Application Lifecycle Management that whilst are not your typical core BA focus are included in the exam.

There are also plenty of questions on items such as User Stories, conflict resolution and process mapping. As with all Salesforce certifications, experience is key and will make the exam a lot easier.“
