Francis Muthuswamy, Cloud Galacticos

Francis Muthuswamy – Meet the Galacticos

Continuing in our series in which you get to meet and learn more about the Cloud Galacticos team, say ‘hello’ to our MuleSoft Architect, Francis Muthuswamy . I caught up with Francis to ask him a few questions.

Francis Muthuswamy, MuleSoft Architect

Hi Francis, can you give us a bit of background about yourself and your work history?

I’m Indian by origin and hail from a beautiful place called Kulasekharam. It has a lot of tourist attractions and is located in the southern part of India in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. I’m passionate towards computers and did my graduation in Computer Science and Engineering in my hometown.

I am a Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect with 17 years of experience in architecting, designing, developing and deploying the integration solutions using Mulesoft and IBM Integration tools. I’ve worked in top Indian MNCs such as Wipro, HCL, Tata Elxsi and Tech Mahindra apart from French based Capgemini and US based IBM. I have also worked across globe in the UK, South Africa, Malaysia, Belgium, Germany, Saudi Arabia and Australia.

What’s your story behind joining the Cloud Galacticos team?

There are multiple reasons which made me join the Cloud Galacticos team. My spouse was doing her Masters in Computer Science and I travelled to the UK as a dependent. I was looking for a remote job in Mulesoft where I can grow myself in technology and spend time with my family on work. I found that the Cloud Galacticos is more focussed on Salesforce and understood about their customers on their website. As Mulesoft will go hand in hand with Salesforce, I found it interesting to establish a Mulesoft Integration Platform for the Salesforce customers.

I was also looking for an organisation with a good work life balance. I like to spend more time on sporting activities. More importantly, the Cloud Galacticos is one of the few organisations that provides sponsorship which have helped me immensely in planning my future.

What is your role as a MuleSoft Architect at Cloud Galacticos, and what do you enjoy about it?

As a Mulesoft Architect, I worked for a retail client in the UK. In the past six years, I have had accountability for the Solution Architecture and design of integration solutions for multiple clients. This is the only opportunity which gives additional responsibility to deliver the project end to end from Solution Architecture to Production Deployment in the AWS Cloud.

I enjoyed the remote way of working and it gives the balance between work and life. It gives us more flexibility to spend time with family at work. I had a nice time meeting the colleagues once every three months by getting together. I enjoyed the adventurous team challenge that happened in Manchester Crystal Maze. It was amazing. In the other co-working event, I got an opportunity to prepare pizza which was fun.

Have you passed any Salesforce certifications recently and/or do you plan to take any in the near future?

Recently, I got certified as a MuleSoft Integration Architect. I am planning to do MuleSoft Platform Architect. This will give me the knowledge on how to set up a new on-premise or Cloud based MuleSoft Platform for the Cloud Galacticos customers.

At Cloud Galacticos, we’re a remote work focused company. What advice would you give people to make the most of working remotely and staying motivated?

The Cloud Galacticos is doing the best to motivate their employees by having Coffee Catch up every Wednesday, meeting the colleagues in person every three months and an annual meeting in December.

My advice to motivate the employees will be “recognise the best team of the quarter based on the customer feedback or the team which solved the complex technical challenge”.

Cloud Galacticos Team 2022 Highlights

Cloud Galacticos Team 2022 Highlights

Continuing from our 2022 blog highlights, we move onto our team 2022 highlights. This year, Cloud Galacticos added seven new people to the team; we created a divisions for Sales and Marketing, Training, and Managed Services. We won one award and short-listed for another. We were Platinum Sponsors at London’s Calling. And there were plenty of in-person event highlights such Dreamforce, Salesforce Live, and user groups. Read on to find out some of our team’s 2022 highlights:

Priyanka Miryalkar, MuleSoft Lead Developer

Priyanka, Cloud GalacticosIt’s always been a privilege to work with some experienced peers at Cloud Galacticos. I’m getting lots of opportunities to work and improve my skillset. I also got scope to learn and finish new certifications in the areas where am interested to work in future. Plus focusing on health.

I was part of a fantastic project and was able to deliver it on time without any complaints which was a great experience. Remote working doesn’t mean we’re apart. In fact, we have regular Zoom coffee break, in-person co-working days, and team building days out.

I feel I am very much valued in all aspects at Cloud Galacticos. Giving time to my personal life is always been challenging in IT firms from my past experience. But Cloud Galacticos has got clarity and quality of work which respects each and every employee. I am proud to be a member.

Finally, it’s one year down, countless more to go at Cloud Galacticos. Plus it’s my one year anniversary in the UK. And this year I celebrated my 2nd wedding anniversary!

Paul O’Dowd, Sales Director

This year has been a significant change for me and I’m sure for many others. My introduction to Cloud Galacticos was in April. The development of relationships with partners, Salesforce AEs, client interactions and, most importantly, being part of and getting to know the Galactico team, how they think, act, and work, is never easy in any organisation.

However, hand-on-heart, the team has been welcoming, supportive, and eager to let me in and be one of the Galactico team. It gives me immense pride and enthusiasm knowing I am part of a focused and determined bunch of people who have no egos or want to diminish anyone’s efforts to be part of the collective process from ideas to the successful delivery of projects.

Although the forecast for the FY23 economic climate is predicted to be tough, my personal challenge is to make sure every minute of every hour is spent wisely and productively, especially with clients that are equally determined and focused on their need to be successful.

Natalia Egyed, Office Manager

Natalia Egyed, Cloud GalacticosFor me the highlight of 2022 was the birth of my little nephew – who is very cute! But the best part of the year was to get a job at Cloud Galacticos and meet its fantastic team.

Cloud Galacticos’s remote work policy also enabled me to visit family in Hungary. I was also able to take a nice holiday at Tenerife, as I was able to work from there for a few days and make our stay longer.

I looking forward to see what 2023 brings for myself and the team.

Phil Walton, CEO

Phil Walton London's Calling 2022 ReviewPersonal highlights:

  • Running a marathon and a half marathon (and currently training for the Adidas Manchester marathon in April).
  • Having the chance to meet one of the world’s strongest men Gavin Bilton, who is a great motivator (“Belief conquers all“). Plus beat him in an arm wrestle (well maybe it was a draw)…

Professional highlights:

  • Being able to add seven new people to the team in 2022, including creating 2 brand new departments.
  • Becoming a Platinum sponsor of London’s Calling 2022 – the biggest Salesforce UK community run event.
  • Being able to give back to so many good causes such as Walkabout Foundation, Buglife, Dementia Carers Count and much more…

David Shrimpton, Head of Managed Services

It’s only been two months but Cloud Galacticos already feels like home. And I already have many 2022 highlights:

  • Meeting up in Ashford for a co-working day (south).
  • Phil’s tour Europe’s smallest pub in Manchester
  • The Cloud Galacticos Christmas party – there’s nothing quite like getting to know your colleagues away form the glare of the Salesforce setup menu!

Professional highlight would be winning The Church of England managed services contract. It’s our biggest MS contract ever. It’s a testament of the great work and trust that our COO Paul and the rest of the team who worked on their projects have built up.

Mark Lewis, Head of Training

Mark [middle-right]

It’s an easy answer for me, joining Cloud Galacticos!

I’ve worked in the Salesforce training space for a few years now and still have a huge passion and hunger to help people get more out of Salesforce and do it correctly.

To join Cloud Galacticos at a very exciting time and help the rest of the team develop the business is easily my highlight of 2022!

Pippa Cox, Project Manager

Highlight for 2022 is Mighty Hikes in the Yorkshire Dales for Macmillan Cancer support.

It was a fabulous day with some cracking scenery. I was lucky enough to meet some inspirational hikers along the route who shared the motivations for supporting such a great cause.

Mahanth Garlapati, Salesforce Consultant

On Professional front: I had achieved 2 certifications in this year. In February, I completed my Omnistudio Consultant certification. And the other one is Service Cloud Consultant certification.

I am glad that in Cloud Galacticos I have got the opportunity to work on Integrations under the supervision of Mike Gill. This is a good learning experience for my career.

On Personal front: I became a first time father for my daughter born in April and I cherish her.

Paul O'Dowd Cloud Galacticos

Paul O’Dowd – Meet the Galacticos

Continuing in our series in which you get to meet and learn more about the Cloud Galacticos team, say ‘hello’ to our Sales Director Paul O’Dowd. I caught up with Paul to ask him a few questions.

Paul O’Dowd, Sales Director

Hi Paul, can you give us a bit of background about yourself and your work history?

Paul O'Dowd, Cloud GalacticosAs a sales professional, I come with a broad industry knowledge spanning more than 20 years. My industry focus and interest lie at the intersection of business transformation, tech, and the utilisation of Salesforce.

Past experiences include working with Telecoms, Insurance, Finance, Commercial, and Automotive sectors to FTSE 500 organisations from Aviva, O2 Telefonica, BT, and BAE Systems to Compass, not forgetting Local Authorities and Government.

What’s your story behind joining the Cloud Galacticos team?

Quite simply, wanting to be part of one of the best Salesforce Partner Consultancies out there – of course, you may argue it’s my opinion, but that is also the opinion of many I have spoken too. Plus, the opportunity to add value to an already successful organisation and with adding my knowledge and experience gained over the years. Being part of a team that is passionate about getting things done right, first time and with a deep-rooted interest in making the client happy with delivering results.

What is your role as a Sales Director at Cloud Galacticos, and what do you enjoy about it?

Directing my energy and focus on establishing new business opportunities, building partnership relationships and creating a balanced but realistic target for sales generation. I am at my best when tackling complex problems, uncovering new insights, creating business opportunities, and driving diverse perspectives towards a unified vision. I consider myself focused on digital transformation by finding a way to do all this while helping people along the way!

At Cloud Galacticos, we’re a remote work focused company. What advice would you give people to make the most of working remotely and staying motivated?

Remote working for some can be a daunting prospect. If you have been in an office environment for most of your career and now you can’t just turn to the person next to you for polite conversations or advice. My advice is to keep connected to those in your organisation. We have a weekly ‘coffee catch up’. It creates opportunities during a week to connect with people and to not talk about work but life in general.

Separate from this is the ability to connect, discuss and share information through the use of systems and tools. We use Slack which is a great communication tool. It lets you reach out to your colleagues when in need of advice or support.

Aside from Salesforce and working at Cloud Galacticos, what else do you enjoy doing?

My escape is teaching children martial arts, or to be more precise – Taekwon Do. It’s been over 20 years of making my way through the ranks of beginner to the heights of instructor and national umpire.

The greatest reward is seeing someone build in confidence with the once shy retiring individual being able to stand up confidently in their ability to protect themselves. And, in most instances, that child (in this case) going to University due to the embedded learning aspect of the martial art taught.

Meet the Galacticos_Enzo Denti

Enzo Denti – Meet the Galacticos

Continuing in our series in which you get to meet and learn more about the Cloud Galacticos team, say ‘hello’ to Enzo Denti, one of our recent Technical Architect hires. I caught up with Enzo to ask him a few questions.

Enzo Denti, Technical Architect

Hi Enzo, can you give us a bit of background about yourself and your work history?

I started my journey by playing computers, mainly the Commodore 64 of my uncle and cousin.  We spent hours copying a program to draw a flag or to play a bang sound.

Then things got more serious when I started my university career in Pisa as Computer science Engineer. After the degree in Pisa I found a job as Java developer in Arezzo.

At some point of my life a chain of coincidences brought me in north Yorkshire, where I was introduced to Salesforce. I spent more than four years working for a well known Salesforce ISV as software developer. I moved between end users and consultancies, until I was onboarded in Cloud Galacticos.

What’s your story behind joining the Cloud Galacticos team?

Enzo Denti Cloud GalacticosI met Phil and Paul through the user/dev community. I then got more active in the community and I started to co-lead the Leeds Dev Group with Paul. That gave me the opportunity to approach Paul directly when I saw Cloud Galacticos was recruiting a Technical Architect.

What is your role as a Technical Architect at Cloud Galacticos, and what do you enjoy about it?

At the moment I’m involved with a client that is getting started with Salesforce for the first time. It’s an exciting green field project. It’s a great feeling knowing that I’m helping our client to get the best from the platform. In this role I have to ensure that all the different parts of the solution will get together nicely and effectively

Do you have plans to take any Salesforce certifications in the near future?

At the moment I’m taking a little detour from the Salesforce certifications, I got involved more on the enterprise architecture with the TOGAF certification. After I pass that, the next would be quite likely the Java Developer certification. If then we want to spread from plans to dreams, in the long term there is the CTA.

At Cloud Galacticos, we’re a remote work focused company, what advice would you give people to make the most of working remotely and staying motivated?

Staying all day at home can be daunting, and a change of scenery is sometimes necessary. So I have introduced some home escapes from the house in my routine. In the morning I go for a swim or some outdoor exercise and in the evening I often go for a walk with my wife in a nearby park.

Aside from Salesforce and working at Cloud Galacticos, what else do you enjoy doing?

Enzo on bike_Cloud GalacticosIn my spare time, mainly during the weekend, I go out with my motorbike. I enjoy riding through the gentle hills of north Yorkshire.

Also I recently discovered a passion for flour, water and yeast. I had a go at making my own bread, and from brick bread I honed my skills in sourdough, focaccia, and pizza.

Meet the Galacticos: Priya Mahendrakar

Priya Mahendrakar, Salesforce Consultant – Meet the Galacticos

Continuing in our series in which you get to meet and learn more about the Cloud Galacticos team, say ‘hello’ to Priya Mahendrakar, one of our new Salesforce Consultants. I caught up with Priya to ask her a few questions.

Priya Mahendrakar, Salesforce Consultant

Hi Priya Mahendrakar, can you give us a bit of background about yourself and your work history?

I am a working mother of two beautiful daughters. I changed my career path towards Salesforce on the advice of my husband. Everywhere I work I make sure that I’m always learning and growing. Like everyone else at Cloud Galacticos, I’m a Salesforce nerd and love everything about it!

What’s your story behind joining the Cloud Galacticos team?

Priya Mahendrakar

Due to my Visa status in the UK, it was tough for me to find a job. Every opportunity that came my way were contract jobs among which Cloud Galacticos was one. This opportunity made me feel it was just right for me as a working mother to have stability in my job.

It’s all because of the trust Cloud Galacticos has in me, I am here today as a permanent employee. No matter how many times I mention it, I will always be thankful to the team.

What is your role as a Salesforce Consultant at Cloud Galacticos, and what do you enjoy about it?

I am working as a consultant on a few projects handling implementation and also support as administrator. I enjoy two things about working at Cloud Galacticos.

  1. We have the luxury to work our way and no one to micro-manage things.
  2. I get to do my certifications that I was never able to do earlier in my previous jobs.

And I’m currently enjoying and exploring the marketing platform of Salesforce.

Do you have plans to take any Salesforce certifications in the near future?

Indeed, as Cloud Galacticos always says, “Keep learning!”. I am aiming for Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.

You were one of the team members who worked at the recent London’s Calling conference. Can you tell us more?

Cloud Galacticos at London's Calling 2022

London’s Calling was my first ever big Salesforce event I attended. And I’m thankful to Cloud Galacticos for giving me the opportunity. It was great that we were a Platinum Sponsor.

I got the chance to meet so many people from the Salesforce eco-system on various stages of their journey. It was also good to be able to check out the other sponsor stands and find out what they do.

I really enjoyed attending the many sessions – they were informative and good for improving knowledge. We also had the UK’s strongest man, Gavin Bilton, as a guest at our stand was great fun.

One of my highlights was being asked to give tips to Salesforce admins for the London’s Calling live stream!

Aside from Salesforce and working at Cloud Galacticos, what else do you enjoy doing?

Singing and dancing is my passion. I try to do it most days. I also look forward to being a Zumba instructor at some point in the future!

Mark Jones, Salesforce Consultant – Meet the Galacticos

Continuing in our series in which you get to meet and learn more about the Cloud Galacticos team, say ‘hello’ to Mark Jones, one of our new Salesforce Consultants. I caught up with Mark to ask him a few questions.

Mark Jones, Salesforce Consultant

Hi Mark Jones, can you give us a bit of background about yourself and your work history?

Sure, I began my career training up as an Office Administrator, I then moved into printing for a local school for a while before moving back into Admin and eventually into the Salesforce workspace in 2016 getting my start in the Nonprofit sector. I’ve also spent time as a youth worker and an events organiser, planning music events for a variety of youth programmes in the North East of England.

What’s your story behind joining the Cloud Galacticos team?

Mark Jones Cloud GalacticosIt’s one of those stories where it kind of just happened.

I was interested in moving on from my previous role, so I reached out to Supermums as a recruiter. They organised a few interviews for me, one of them being with Cloud Galacticos.

I met with Paul and Neel for an interview and as they say the rest is history. I started a couple of months after that interview.

What is your role as a Salesforce Consultant at Cloud Galacticos. What do you enjoy about it?

I work as a Salesforce Consultant. So far my role has focused mainly on supporting existing clients with Admin related work, such as building Flows, building upon existing Salesforce functionality and providing end user support. In my time here, I’ve really enjoyed working in a team. In my prior role I was a Solo Admin, so I had to do everything on my own without a support mechanism around me.

Do you have plans to take any Salesforce certifications in the near future?

I’m always open to growing in what I do. Currently I’m working towards passing the Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification, that’s my priority this year. There are other certifications I’m interested in including Slack Admin, both of the recently announced certifications, Design Strategist and Business Analyst and the Process Automation partner credential.

You have a busy few months ahead, travelling and speaking at various Salesforce events. Can you tell us more?

Over the course of May and June I will be speaking at Czech Dreamin’, London’s Calling, YeurDreamin’, and Salesforce World Tour London. The topics I am covering include skills for Salesforce Admins, personal branding and Flow. Over the next 5 weeks I’ll be back and forth to London and over to Prague and Amsterdam for these events. I’m also in the middle of co-founding a community conference about Process Automation.

At Cloud Galacticos, we’re a remote work focused company, what advice would you give people to make the most of working remotely and staying motivated?

One of the best ways to stay motivated is to actually take some time to get away from your desk. I say this because our health and wellbeing is so important, especially when we live in a world now where it is so easy to be permanently attached to our desks. If our health and wellbeing is in a good place it will have a positive effect on our work.

Aside from Salesforce and working at Cloud Galacticos, what else do you enjoy doing?

We have a couple of pets living at home, Jet our cat and Jacks our dog. Jacks is a labsky (labrador and husky cross). He’s a little under two years old and is full of energy, so he gives us a lot to do.

I also spend time with my local church where I lead a Bible study group and support one of our services as the on-hand tech guy.

Priyanka Miryalkar, Mulesoft Lead Developer – Meet the Galacticos

Welcome to the latest in our series of Meet the Galacticos blogs to learn more about our growing Cloud Galacticos team. Say ‘hello’ to Priyanka Miryalkar, one of our few recent recruits. We caught up with Priyanka to ask her a few questions.

Priyanka Miryalkar, Mulesoft Lead Developer

Hi Priyanka, can you give us a bit of background about yourself and your work history?

I’m from an IT background  from a small town in India. After my education I moved to the city and after so many hurdles joined start-up companies and product based companies in my journey and learned a lot.

I have more than ten years of experience in the IT industry. I initially started my career as a tester, then moved to middleware technologies, scripting like Node.js, Mule4, Javascript, and queuing servers like activeMQ.

My relevant experience is six plus years of experience on integration platforms and worked with different companies on integration roles. My last role was with Hitachi Vantara India. I worked as Senior integration lead where I used to be a solo contributor from offshore on Mulesoft integration. It involved different projects with internal and external clients, including participated onshore go-lives with the salesforce development and admin team.

What’s your story behind joining the Cloud Galacticos team?

Priyanka Miryalkar, Cloud GalacticosI always wanted to have a learning experience in my career. Also to make sure any company I joined should have that learning curve and should also have that family time.

When I spoke to Phil and Paul, it felt good and they gave me that confidence to take on this role. I think Cloud Galacticos is a place where I can leverage my skills and also learn new things.

What is your role as a Mulesoft Lead Developer at Cloud Galacticos, and what do you enjoy about it?

  1. Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementation.
  2.  Understand and implement Dataweave scripts. Deploy APIs to Cloudhub.
  3.  Mule applications developed to connect third parties APIs easily and quickly. Regardless of various technologies used by applications, Mule ESB enables easy integration of applications, enabling them to exchange data.
  4. Had enablement calls with Podpoint team and with MuleSoft team. Onboarded few resources and allocated stories together and worked on it.
  5. I enjoy working with multiple people because integration is all about engaging so many teams and demonstrating the applications.

Do you have plans to take any Salesforce certifications in the near future?

I have very good experience working with salesforce sales and services cloud from the past. So, I have already done my admin certification on salesforce. I’m also a Mule 4 certified developer. However, I am planning to do the Architect level certification on Mulesoft later this year. And if required I’ll look into more Salesforce certs.

Aside from Salesforce and working at Cloud Galacticos, what else do you enjoy doing?

I spend most of my days in front of a computer which isn’t the healthiest thing. I try to minimise screen time where possible. So I try to spend as much time with nature – gardening, or going for walks. I also enjoy reading books on human psychology, cooking, and just hanging out with family and friends. I really miss my large family back in India, I have long video calls with them almost everyday.

Anything else you want to add?

Priyanka Miryalkar LondonI celebrated my one year wedding anniversary in the UK, but I haven’t had the chance to explore many places.

I’m planning to go on vacation this summer – it’d be great to get few suggestions on budget-friendly places to visit in the UK!

Hi Kully, can you give us a bit of background about yourself and your work history?

My educational background is Information Systems related. I then got introduced to Salesforce at the start of 2015, where I worked for an Oil & Gas company in Dubai.  Since then I have worked for quite a few end users as well as being self employed as a contractor.

What’s your story behind joining the Cloud Galacticos team?

I was introduced to Cloud Galacticos through ‘Supermums’ who are a fabulous recruitment company where they find their candidates’ roles based on skills and expertise.

What’s it like joining a new company during these Covid times?

For me, the transition was great as I had worked at home pre-Covid so was well accustomed to the new ways of working which many had to learn to adapt to.

What is your role as a Salesforce Consultant at Cloud Galacticos involve, and what do you enjoy about it?

Since joining CG I was put on a project with an end user where I’ve been tasked to capture and create all ‘as-is business processes.  I must say I have really enjoyed my role so far,  I’ve had exposure to all sides of the business to really understand what their requirements are, and have regular communication with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. From here I am looking forward to helping them review and improve these processes and implement their new changes in Salesforce.

Do you have plans to take any Salesforce certifications in the near future?

Absolutely, I would really be interested in the Not for Profit and Sales Cloud Certifications.

Cloud Galacticos is a remote working focussed company. What advice would you give people to make the most of working remotely and staying motivated?

Definitely set times when you are working. Often working from home you actually end up doing more work than you would in an office environment.  Make sure to still take time out for lunch or even a quick walk or chat with someone.

Aside from Salesforce and working at Cloud Galacticos, what else do you enjoy doing?

I enjoy travelling and exploring new places as well as going for a regular run, it helps clear my mind (not so much since being back in England and the cold weather!)

Favourites:

Food: I love Thai food, anything spicy does the job!

Drink: Coffee, Gin and Wine

Music: Varies on my mood

Animal: Dog

Place to Visit: Next on my list is Maldives

Why Company Culture Matter

Why Company Culture Matter

By Phil Walton

I have been lucky to work in some pretty awful jobs..!

Some interesting jobs…

Some unusual jobs…

Lucky, because I have survived them, moved on from them, and learned from them.

The Tough Lessons

At 18 I left home, I worked in the fields of Norfolk, England, picking fruit, grading veg, and packing trucks. It was physically tough, but I worked with people I liked, in the fresh air and the sun.

Also, I once took a job in Canada – often working 100 hour weeks – for minimal wages. But I did it for a friend, and had great fun travelling. i.e. the culture was right.

For my first entrepreneurial business, I converted an old Mill into 20 arts and music studios in Manchester, England. I did my 8 hour day at my paid job, then travelled 30 minutes to work evenings and weekends labouring – as I had no cash to pay someone else to do it…

What’s my point?

Sometimes we don’t get to choose what job we do.

When you need some income you take whatever job you can get. But thankfully many of us in this Salesforce Community are in a better position. We are building skills and experience, in a growing and in-demand marketplace. So we can be more choosy about where we work, who we work for, and what they stand for.

Let’s be honest here, we often work in sandboxes but this isn’t always playtime. We still do challenging jobs, sometimes have to caffeine our way through tough tasks and handhold clients though long go-live events. But there is (hopefully) a big difference between doing this in a safe and friendly environment, where your colleagues appreciate your hard work and celebrate your successes – rather than somewhere you feel undervalued and unloved.

What do Cloud Galacticos stand for?

A couple of years back we got together and did an exercise, where everyone listed characteristics of Cloud Galacticos, and the characteristics they wanted to avoid. We then looked at similarities and trends, and found a set of beliefs/values/ideals that seemed core to us all. With a bit of clever organising we summarised it as :

“H-E-R-O-E-S”

Honesty

Expertise

Respectfulness

Ownership

Enjoyment

I am proud of what we have achieved at Cloud Galacticos so far. We know we can do more. And I know the growing team will lead this as much as I will!
